- The content of the message

Unless otherwise advertised, standard/other rates apply for all HipCricket campaigns. Where a 'PREMIUM' is charged for a service, this shall be applied to your phone bill, or deducted from your pre-paid balance. The premium charge shall be clearly advertised in the relevant medium.
