a new breed
Test us: text us. We’re amazingly accessible.
Some doubters have tried to test us. They've tried to call or email at all hours, always looking for an opportunity to say “gotcha!” We do not recommend it.
Since partnering with us, they’ve learned how accessible we are by phone, email, in person and – of course – by text. And they know that once they call, we can develop an entire customized campaign within 48 hours.
There will be more than 350 billion text messages sent in the U.S. alone this year. That number is growing exponentially.

It’s more than a solution. It’s a relationship.
HipCricket is a deeply experienced mobile marketing partner. We are generating revenue for well over 100 broadcast stations in markets of all sizes, including the top ten. And we’re the only mobile marketing company with 16,000 campaigns to our credit and the customer support to make sure mobile marketing works for you.
History
In 2004, when mobile marketing seemed like a far-off dream, HipCricket was looking forward. After decades in broadcast and media, our team understood the challenges facing traditional media:
- Increased competition
- Listeners and viewers with new entertainment options
- More demanding and sophisticated clients
- Warp-speed changes taking place in media
That year, a young associate, just back from the U.K., burst into the room and announced that the constant chirping emanating from his friends’ pants pockets and handbags had brought about a new slang term for cell phones: HipCrickets.
For us, the word said everything about the potential of mobile marketing – how it could bring advertisers closer to prospects and broadcasters closer to their audiences.
Today, our staff is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, That’s how we provide our clients with faster, simpler and more flexible service and support than any other mobile marketing company. It also means we have the diversity to provide broad-based knowledge, all while offering you a familiar point of contact – your personal account manager – who has expertise in your particular market or strategic position.
This unique relationship shapes our approach to business, as do the lessons we have learned from national campaigns with brands like General Electric and Coca-Cola and from partnerships with broadcast stations of all sizes.
